Items can either be collected by personal arrangement, or can be shipped directly to your address, within 5 working days, via Swiss Post, once payment has been received.

 

Shipping within Switzerland is free
Shipping overseas will be charged at 5chf for regular post or 8chf for recorded post

 

We offer greetings cards from FreckleFace Cards which can be added to your purchase and sent with the jewellery item, either directly to the recipient, or to the purchaser.

 

*Customers are responsible for any customs/import charges imposed in their home country

 

 

Returns

I make every effort to ensure that pieces are of the highest quality.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchased piece, then please return it, in unused condition with the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase along with details of the problem. I will, where possible, do my very best to fix it for you or issue a refund. 

• Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.  

• Bespoke pieces that have already been approved by the client are unable to be returned.
