I make every effort to ensure that pieces are of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchased piece, then please return it, in unused condition with the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase along with details of the problem. I will, where possible, do my very best to fix it for you or issue a refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Bespoke pieces that have already been approved by the client are unable to be returned.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery breaks, this can be returned and repaired free of charge within 12 months of purchase. Repairs are unable to be made to jewellery that has not been created by Swiss Blue.

Each item is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper, to help prevent tarnishing, and is then placed in an organza bag ready to be presented as a gift or as a treat to yourself! The postal bags are made from recycled paper and are padded in order to protect your jewellery in transit to you.

Due to the nature of the individual parts of a piece, we are unable to guarantee exact matches. Each item will vary slightly in size or colour - as only nature can do!

Storing your jewellery in separate airtight plastic bags (preferably with anti-tarnish strips inside) is a great preventative measure against tarnishing!

If you wear your jewellery often, the oils in our skin keeps the silver looking shiny. However, if it is exposed to household chemicals, chlorine, perspiration, cosmetic products or perfumes it will cause corrosion and tarnish. If it does become tarnished, then it can easily be cleaned either with a silver cleaning cloth or just using warm water and a mild dishwashing detergent. Rub gently, particularly with silver plated items, as excessive polishing can possibly remove the plating. If you feel a deeper clean is needed then you can do this at home by lining a small bowl with aluminium foil and placing your pieces on the foil. Then cover the jewellery with hot water and add a tablespoon each of baking soda and salt. Gently stir so the soda and salt dissolve. Leave the jewellery in the solution and after 5-10 minutes the tarnish should have disappeared. Remove the pieces with metal tongs or drain into a colander. Rinse in water and gently dry with a soft cloth.
