Quality

Due to the nature of the individual parts of a piece, we are unable to guarantee exact matches. Each item will vary slightly in size or colour - as only nature can do!

Presentation

Each item is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and placed in an organza bag ready to be presented as a gift or as a treat to yourself!

Greetings Cards

We offer greetings cards from FreckleFace Cards which can be added to your purchase and sent with the jewellery item, either directly to the recipient, or to the purchaser.

Payment

Pay Pal or by Cash/Credit Card on personal collection (by arrangement)

Shipping

Items can either be collected by personal arrangement, or can be shipped directly to your address, within 5 working days, via Swiss Post, once payment has been received.

Shipping within Switzerland is free
Shipping overseas will be charged at 5chf for regular post or 8chf for recorded post

*Customers are responsible for any customs/import charges imposed in their home country

Returns
We make every effort to ensure that our pieces are of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchased piece, then please return it to us in unused condition with the original packaging within 30 days of purchase along with details of the issue. We will, where we can, do our very best to fix it for you or issue a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on bespoke pieces.

Repairs

In the unlikely event that your jewellery breaks, this can be returned and repaired free of charge within 12 months of purchase. Repairs are unable to be made to jewellery that has not been made by Swiss Blue.
